The Operation Principle of Jaw Crusher
The Jaw Crusher is mainly composed of the frame, eccentric shaft, pulley, fly-pulley, movable jaw, side plate, toggle plate, seat, adjust-screw, reset spring, stationary toggle plate and movable jaw plate. The toggle plate also can protect the machine. The force of the belt and pulley driven by the motor is through the eccentric shaft to move the movable jaw. When movable jaw moves up, the separation angle between the toggle plate and movable jaw is increased, which can push the movable jaw plate closely to the stationary toggle plate. At the same time, the material can be pressed, stranded and crushed. When movable jaw moves down, the separation angle between the toggle plate and movable jaw diminishes. The movable jaw plate is separated from the stationary toggle plate by the force of the spring and tie, then the broken material is discharged through the outlet of the cavity. The movable jaw of crusher is period broken and discharged by the success rotation of the motor to realize the batch production.
