Single-stage Crusher
Main application:
Single-stage hammer crusher is used to crush general brittle materials, such as limestone, sedimentary siltstone, shale, plaster, coal, etc. The maximum compression strength of the broken material is 150Mpa. It can crush large original materials into size which can be ground. Comparing with traditional two-stage crushing system, it can simplify process flow and save initial investment and cost of production.
Main features:
1. large original materials and high crushing ratio due to the reasonable crushing mechanism. The bigger upper cavity and feed opening is conducive to feed bulk material into the machine, at the same time there is an integrated counterattack plate and a crushing plate with a row of rack, thereby increasing the crushing ration of cavity.
2. Stability of the discharging granularity. Nesting is cis to the grate joints, inside of the plate with tooth structure, the nesting ability of larger joints is not easy to plug grate, robust, longer life expectancy. Nesting with the rotor distance is adjustable, after a short in the hammer mill can be adjusted in time to ensure that the machine will not size.
3. Long life of wearing parts. The reasonable structure and wear-resistant materials of high-hardness and good toughness, enhance the wearing parts inside of the anti-wear and the metal utilization, thus extend the life of wearing parts.
4. Safety, with the security mechanism of row Iron Gate and the counterattack and crushing plate can be back when there is force.
5. Simple process, small space.
